On the southern edge of the Cotswolds lies the city of Bath, previously named Aquae Sulis after the pre-Roman local goddess. Sulis is thought to be a solar deity, with her name related to proto-Celtic word for sun. She was so important a golden statue was created of her, which stood in her temple near the sacred spring, and the Roman's syncretised her with their own goddess, Minerva.
 
Inspired by the luminous Sulis, this face cream has been scented with frankincense, geranium and lemon. The star ingredient is Hyaluronic Acid, a substance that your body produces naturally. Topical application has been shown to reduce wrinkles, hydrate, and smooth.

Each pot is at least 60 ml and contains Sodium Hyaluronate, a type of Hyaluronic Acid that is more easily absorbed by the skin. The cream is suitable for daily facial application, and is recommended to be used alongside our night serum, Minerva. The packaging comprises a glass jar with an aluminium lid, with carboard and paper.
