Minerva Night Serum

A beautiful artifact of Roman Britain is the gilt bronze head of the goddess Minerva, thought to have stood within her temple in Bath, on the southern edge of the Cotswolds. It’s thought her origin is from the Etruscan moon goddess Meneswā. Inspired by Minerva’s lunar origins, this night serum has been carefully formulated to benefit the skin, whilst also being natural and organic.

The star ingredient is Bakuchiol, a plant derived non-synthesised alternative to retinol. Bakuchiol is a concentrated extract from Psoralea Corylifolia Seed Oil, a plant used extensively in India’s ancient practice of Ayurveda, and is clinically proven to address multiple signs of ageing. Bakuchiol has been shown to reduce wrinkles, photoaging and hyperpigmentation as efficiently as retinol, but with a better skin tolerance.

Each pot is at least 30 g and contains a 0.5% concentration of Bakuchiol. The serum is solid at room temperature, but melts on contact with skin. The packaging comprises a glass jar with an aluminium lid, with carboard and paper.
