Delivery is available to the UK, which includes Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man.

All orders are sent out via Royal Mail as Tracked 48. Sometimes we use Evri when there are deilvery issues.

Delivery cost is £2.99 on orders under £30, and free on orders over £30.

​

Delivery is also free to any customer who lives in Moreton-in-Marsh, this options will automatically appear at checkout, after you've entered your address.

Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days. Royal Mail then aim to deliver within 2-3 days (Monday - Saturday). Public holidays may cause delays, please check recommended last postage dates on Royal Mail's website (especially around Christmas).

For large orders (over £60) please contact us before placing an order. Delivery will likely be via a different courier.

International

Unfortunately we don't offer international delivery. Instead we encourage customers to support their local sustainable skincare businesses.

Returns

 

We really hope you love our products, however, if not please get in touch to arrange a return within 14 days from receiving the order.

​

We can only accept returns of unopened and unused products, that have been stored is a cool, dry and dark place. Returns must include all the original postal packaging. Returned products that arrive in an unsalable condition will be subject to a reduction in the refund value.

​

If the whole order is returned, standard delivery costs will be refunded, but not the returns postage. Be sure to obtain proof of postage. The refund will be processed in 5 working days. Returns must be sent to: Returns, Cult of Cuda, 7 Halifax Way, Moreton-in-Marsh, GL56 0GN.

 

As our products are handmade, they will naturally vary in colour and appearance from that seen on the website, however, if you believe something is defective please get in contact with us as soon as you can.

Amendment

 

We cannot amend orders once they have been placed, however, if it has not yet been dispatched, and you intend to increase your order amount please get in contact as soon as possible: hello@cultofcuda.co.uk
