Cult of Cuda is a small business based in Moreton-in-Marsh in the Cotswolds, run by Chris Hughes, Founder and Head Soaper.

We create everyday naturally luxurious products that look and smell amazing whilst also being kind to the environment. Everything is handmade in small batches by our head soaper with in-house scent blends, inspired by the history of the Cotswolds, and its ancient Roman and Greek influences.

​

Our vegan-friendly products use an all-natural, plant-derived bases. We will never use unsustainable palm oil, unethical mica, or oils from threatened species; read more here. All our packaging is plastic-free and recyclable, and our workshop is powered by 100% renewable electricity.

We are members of the Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers.

Chris Hughes, Founder and Head Soaper

I founded Cult of Cuda out of my passion for handcrafting honest environmentally-friendly products. I love formulating new scents, sourcing quality ingredients and testing new ideas, and hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

 

I believe in creating truly honest products, sharing my knowledge of sustainable ingredients, and making the cosmetic industry more transparent. I love finding inspiration from all over in Cotswolds and combining it with influences from my Anglo-Indian heritage.
